HELLO TO ALL NEWGROUNDIANS,

I propose something to you, THE NEWGROUNDS CARTOON JAM/CONTEST, basically a jam based off of everything cartoons, just create an animation with cartoon characters and tag it under cartoonjam, the person who wins will get a congragilatory message and there own art commision. Rules: No NSFW: pretty self explanatory but I need to stress if you plan on doing something dirty with the character(s) ( unless it is just something violent ) then don't. No OCS: the characters have to be from something that isn't your brain unless they have animations based off of them then it is okay. Have Fun: do (almost ) whatever you want and have fun.
